Joint Meeting UK-NL, Edinburgh

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Joint UK / Dutch Clinical Genetics Societies & Cancer Genetics Groups Meeting, taking place 4th - 5th March2024 at the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh (RCPE). The Dysmorphology Meeting and Cancer Genetics cases Meeting will take place on 6th March 2024.

Programme

The prestigious Carter Lecture will be given by Professor Mohnish Suri and the Martijn Breuning lecture by Professor Bekim Sadikovic. The programme will include invited speakers delivering talks on subjects including, new methodology, new genes / known ‘old' genes presenting with new phenotypes, new treatments, and AI application to genomics.

There will be a social event at the RCPE in the evening on Monday 4th March with food and beverages provided, the cost for this is included in the registration fee.

Awards

On Day 2 the UK Robin Winter prize, Wetenschapsprijs Dutch Science prize and poster prizes will be awarded.

Abstracts

Abstract submission for this event has now closed, if you have submitted an abstract, you will be informed of the outcome before the end of January 2024.

Cost
When booking, there will be the option to book a single day or multiple days, please ensure you select the correct booking type. This event is in-person only.

Day 1 - Plenary sessions (cancer & non-cancer genetics) - £110

Day 2 - Cancer and non-cancer parallel sessions - £110

Day 3 - Dysmorphology meeting or Cancer Genetics cases meeting - £50

Accommodation

Please note accommodation is not included in the registration fee, and must be booked separately, please find details of accommodation close to the conference venue.
